We started this program to help individuals and families who need working technology but may not have the means to purchase it. Every donated device becomes an opportunity for someone in our community to stay connected, complete schoolwork, apply for jobs, or simply get back online.

We do not receive grants or outside financial support. Instead, we use funds from our paid repair services to help cover the cost of parts, tools, replacement components, and transportation for the donation program. When you choose Shane’s Tech Rescue for a repair, you directly help support this community effort.

We can only give out what is donated. Because every device comes from community contributions, availability changes week to week. We cannot help everyone, but we help everyone we can. Every request is reviewed, and devices are distributed as they become available.

• Schedule a drop‑off appointment — required for all drop‑offs
• Mail‑in donations — accepted anytime

If you prefer to mail in your donation, simply submit the donation form below. Once we receive your form, we will reach out with the correct shipping address and any packing instructions. This prevents unexpected packages and ensures every device is properly logged into our system.
